2024 Dates: Thursdays, June 13, 20, 27, July 3**, July 11, 18 - Please note that July 3 is a Wednesday, all other dates are a Thursday.

Must be a graduated high school senior (class of 2024) or older.
Athletes sign up individually, teams are created on the first night. Registration is accepted prior to the start of the summer season or as a walk-in on any night during the summer.

Cost: $90/person/all 6 sessions or $20/person/session

Turf Masters Registration:
Turf Masters U18 Waiver
- If registering before the deadline/first night: Print and fill out the waiver below. Waivers may be submitted on the first day of league play or by mail.
- Payments are accepted in cash, check or Venmo. Checks should be made payable to Turf Burn Field Hockey.
- Waivers and payment should be submitted, if possible, by mail, prior to the first night of play.
- If you are interested in playing at any time, please email your name and the dates you plan on playing (this is for estimates only, you are not restricted to only those dates) to [email protected]. Print the waiver below and bring it along with the payment to the first day of league play, or the first day that you plan to play.
- If athlete is still under the age of 18, please use the Turf Masters U18 waiver (must be signed by a parent/guardian).

Rules & Guidelines
- On the first night please arrive 20 minutes early in order to turn in your waiver and payment. If paying per week, please arrive at least 15 minutes early in order to check in, this ensures you will not miss any playing time.
- Athletes must check in with the director before entering the turf, even if you have paid for all 6 weeks.
- Waiver & payment must be turned in before you will be allowed to play. No exceptions.
- Mouthguards and shinguards are required.
