Turf Burners - High School Division
- Fill out and mail the registration form and team roster, along with the payment. The roster may also be emailed to email@example.com.
- Have each player print and sign the waiver. Waivers may be submitted by mail or on the first day of league play.
- Payments are accepted in cash or check. Checks should be made payable to Turf Burn Field Hockey.
- Send payment to the address listed on the Contact Info page by May 8, 2018. (Early Registration date - April 3)
- Arrive 15 minutes early on the first day in order to turn in signed waivers.
Early Registration Bonus:
Send your payment by April 3, 2018 and receive $50 off the team fee.*
Payments postmarked April 3 and earlier - $700
Payments postmarked April 4-May 8 - $750
*Early registration bonus may not be applied to 2nd team
2nd Team Bonus:
Schools who send two teams pay $650 for their second team.
Space is limited to 12 teams on a first come, first serve basis. Send in your payment today to reserve your team's spot.
**If you are interested in playing, but do not have enough to make a full team, please contact the director with your name, school and number of girls who are interested. Combination teams can be formed at the request of interested players.**

Turf Masters - Women's Division
- Print and fill out the waiver included at the bottom of this column. Waivers may be submitted on the first day of league play or by mail.
- Payments are accepted in cash or check. Please make checks payable to Turf Burn Field Hockey. Cost is $75. Waivers and payment should be submitted, if possible, by mail, prior to the first night of play.

Turf Burn Alumnae Bonus: Graduating high school seniors who played at Turf Burn last summer receive $15 off the full session fee! Athlete must have been on the roster of a 2016 Turf Burn summer league team to receive discount. Class of 2018 Turf Burn Alumnae: $60/all 6 sessions
