  1. Fill out and mail the registration form and team roster, along with the payment.  The roster may also be emailed to [email protected].  
  2. Have each player print and sign the waiver. Waivers may be submitted by mail or on the first day of league play.
  3. Payments are accepted in cash, check or Venmo. Checks should be made payable to Turf Burn Field Hockey.
  4. Send payment by May 1, 2024.
  5. Arrive 20 minutes early on the first day in order to turn in signed waivers.
Team Fee: $1100
*The team fee includes 12 players.  If your team wishes to have more than 12 players on the roster, a $50 fee for each player after 12 will be charged.  Teams may have a maximum of 16 players on their roster. *

​Space is limited to 15 teams on a first come, first serve basis. Send in your payment today to reserve your team's spot!

**If you are interested in playing, but do not have enough to make a full team, please contact the director with your name, school and number of girls who are interested.  Combination teams can be formed at the request of interested players.**

Turf Masters - Women's Division

  • If registering before the deadline/first night:  Print and fill out the waiver included at the bottom of this column. Waivers may be submitted on the first day of league play or by mail.
  • ​Payments are accepted in cash, check or Venmo.  Checks should be made payable to Turf Burn Field Hockey.
  • Waivers and payment should be submitted, if possible, by mail, prior to the first night of play.  
  • If you are interested in playing at any time, please email your name and the dates you plan on playing (this is for estimates only, you are not restricted to only those dates) to [email protected].  Print the waiver below and bring it along with the payment to the first day of league play, or the first day that you plan to play.  
  • If athlete is still under the age of 18, please use the Turf Masters U18 waiver (must be signed by a parent/guardian).

Sign Up Bonus: Register for all 6 sessions and save!  $90/athlete/all 6 sessions

​Pay As You Go: $20/night

Turf Burn Alumnae Bonus: Graduating high school seniors who played at Turf Burn last summer receive $10 off the Turf Masters full session fee!  Athlete must be a 2024 high school graduate AND have been on the roster of a 2023 Turf Burn summer league team to receive discount.   Class of 2024 Turf Burn Alumnae:  $80/all 6 sessions.
